Warranty
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR COMPOSITE BATS
Under this limited warranty, Slugger Slow Pitch will provide a one-time replacement of your non-wood bat within 1 year from the date of purchase.
To qualify for warranty service, you must be the original purchaser of the bat and provide proof of purchase from an authorized Louisville Slugger dealer or your order number from our website.

Bats subjected to misuse, abuse, or failure to observe care instructions (including, use in commercial batting cages);
Damage other than the 3 conditions listed above (i.e., normal wear and tear / cosmetic damage);
Bats subjected to unauthorized modification or alteration, including rolling, shaving or other means of “doctoring”
Julbo Sunglasses Warranty Details
All Julbo products, sold on the Sluggerslowpitch.com website, are guaranteed for two years, from their date of purchase, the invoice being proof. This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects.
- Lenses are not guaranteed against scratches due to misuse or lack of vigilance.
- Products that have been damaged or misused cannot, under any circumstances, be covered by the Julbo warranty program. In addition, any modification (fitting lenses of another brand, etc.) to the original Julbo frames will void the warranty.
Please note we may request for you to send back your glasses at the purchasers cost to evaluate the product prior to accepting and approving a warranty.

What is the technology difference between ASA and USSSA technology bats?

How can I pay for my order?

I have a promo code, where do I enter it?
You will have an opportunity to enter a promotional/discount code a the checkout stage. Can I cancel or edit an order that was already placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it as our team works to fulfill all orders in real time to ship out online orders as quickly as possible. We've put a lot of emphasis in fulfilling and shipping out orders quickly for the best customer experience.

The lead-time for custom glove orders is 6 to 8 weeks. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your custom item(s) ship.

Once you place your order, we begin the process of building your custom product specifically for you so no cancellations or modifications to the design of your custom product are allowed.
Can i return a custom product?
Because we build this product specifically to your custom requirements, we can't accept returns. It is your responsibility to review your order and confirm that it is correct before submitting it to us. Your custom product is specifically made for you, and therefore Slugger Slow Pitch cannot accept returns or refunds of custom products if the dissatisfaction is not due to an error by Slugger Slow Pitch.
