What is the technology difference between ASA and USSSA technology bats?

ASA bats use Mash technology. What's Mash technology? MASH™ Composite Barrel Works perfectly with our innovative gapped wall design to immediately and continually maximize performance. The result is incredible performance along the entire barrel and a unique sound that cannot be ignored.
USSSA bats use SSP 240x technology. The engineers at Slugger Slow Pitch have improved the composite on its USSSA lineup to offer the highest performance possible on all its 240 approved models.

Estehtic damage will happen and is not something which should stop you from using your Louisville Slugger bat. If you are concerned, feel free to email us atinfo@sluggerslowpitch.com

Do you carry Louisville Slugger hardball or fastpitch bats or gear?

No, we only carry Slowpitch Lousiville Slugger gear and apparel, for fast pitch or baseball / hardball please visitwww.slugger.com.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using All major credit cards as well as digital wallets like Paypal, G-Pay, Apple-Pay & Shop Pay.either PayPal, or a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit or debit card.

I have a promo code, where do I enter it?

You will have an opportunity to enter a promotional/discount code a the checkout stage. Once you've added everything you are ordering to your shopping bag, proceed to checkout and there is a field to enter your code on the right side of the page. Enter your code, then click "Apply" before completing the rest of your checkout stages.

Can I cancel or edit an order that was already placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it as our team works to fulfill all orders in real time to ship out online orders as quickly as possible. We've put a lot of emphasis in fulfilling and shipping out orders quickly for the best customer experience.

Where can I check the status of my order?

An order confirmation followed by an eventual shipping confirmation will be sent to the email submitted and linked to the purchase. You will be able to use that tracking number to keep tabs on your order. If you do not receive the tracking number in shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@sluggerslowpitch.com

How are taxes calculated?

Sales tax is determined based on your shipping address. Please keep in mind that the sales tax you see in your shopping cart is an estimate; you will see the final sales tax when you place your order.

Can I place a tax exempt order?

The item I want is out of stock…How can I get notified when it's back in stock?

We do not currently have an automation for "back in stock" notifications but we do alert our community of popular back in stock products, product launches and much more all through our email and our social media channels. Make sure to sign up to all of them and not miss anything new or...Back in stock!

How can I leave feedback on products I've purchased?

We love to hear how your equipment is working out for you! To leave feedback, just visit the product's corresponding page on our website and let us know what you think in the Reviews section at the bottom of the page. You should also receive an email after your delivery to prompt you to leave us feedback on the gear you purchased.

What is your return policy?

Louisville Slugger Slow Pitch offers returns on most items within 7 DAYS of delivery of your order. You can consult our returns policy by visiting www.sluggerslowpitch.com/pages/warranty.

How do I return an item I purchased form your website?

How can I track the status of my return?

You can check the status of your return by emailing customer service atinfo@sluggerslowpitch.com. Please include your name, original order number and a phone number we can reach you at.

How long does it take to receive a refund after I return an item?

Once your return item(s) are received back at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within 10-15 days. This delay includes receiving of the return, inspection and processing of the refund.

Can I exchange a product I bought on your site?

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you can initiate a return for a refund and place a new order at any time.

What is the warranty on Slow Pitch bats?

Slow Pitch bats carry a limited warranty that last for a year starting from the date of purchase.

What is the warranty on fielding gloves?

Fielding gloves are covered by a 30-DAY limited warranty against manufacturer defect.

Why do I need Shipped Shield Package Assurance?

How do I report a shipment issue to get a replacement or refund?
