How did you get into slowpitch?
Started playing 2 months after winning the NAIA college World Series. A buddy I grew up with called me to come play in a weekend tournament!

When did it become competitive for you?
From the first tournament I ever played in.

What keeps you motivated year after year?
Wanted to achieve the goals I’ve set for myself in that year!

What slowpitch means to you beyond wins and losses?
Competition, travel and being able to talk the game and hitting with like minded people about the game.

What got you hooked?
I grew up at the slow pitch park watching my pops play with Jonesboro light house TPS.

What does the brand represent to you?
That I get to represent one of the top companies in the country! I’ve swung slugger since I was a child.

What do you love about the bats?
The bats hit any ball well! Plus they hold compression.

When did you first swing a slugger bat?
When the first 240 sluggers came out

Off the field I enjoy peace. Enjoy time with family and friends.

Advice for competitive players chasing the next level?
Play hard, work on your body and game constantly. Don't think you are bigger than the game. Give back to the game as well.

Advice for new players?
Remember why you started playing. No matter your level of competition try to be the best player in the park every time!
