RETURNS
- Only NEW items can be returned, original shipping charges incurred on your order are not refundable.
- Returned product must be received at our warehouse in its original packaging and condition within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Returned clothing must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, and stains.
- Please make sure the tags are still on the product.

WARRANTY
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR COMPOSITE BATS
Under this limited warranty, Slugger Slow Pitch will provide a one-time replacement of your non-wood bat within 1 year from the date of purchase.
To qualify for warranty service, you must be the original purchaser of the bat and provide proof of purchase from an authorized Louisville Slugger dealer or your order number from our website.
30-DAY warranty for gloves/clothes/bags against manufacturing defects

Once your warranty has been accepted we will send a replacement product that your warranty claim was originally submitted for.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
- Bats subjected to misuse, abuse, or failure to observe care instructions (including, use in commercial batting cages);
- Damage other than the 3 conditions listed above (i.e., normal wear and tear / cosmetic damage);
- Bats subjected to unauthorized modification or alteration, including rolling, shaving or other means of “doctoring”;
- Bats purchased from unauthorized dealers (including, bats purchased through auction sites such as eBay or Craigslist, Facebook, unauthorized dealers selling via third party marketplaces such as Amazon Marketplace, or dealers selling altered or doctored bats);
- Bats with removed or defaced holograms or date codes.
