ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES.

  1. Eligibility: The Slugger SlowPitch Gift Card Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Raymond Lanctôt Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, October 2, 2023, and ends on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at midnight (the "Sweepstakes Period").
  3. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must sign up for the Slugger SlowPitch newsletter during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Limit one entry per person.
  4. Prize: One (1) winner will be selected via a random drawing to be held at the Raymond Lanctôt Ltd offices located at 5290 Thimens Blvd, St-Laurent, Québec, Canada, on Friday, November 17, 2023, at noon (the "Drawing Date"). The winner will receive a Slugger SlowPitch Gift Card valued at $200 valid on sluggerlowpitch.com.
  5. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the Drawing Date. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time frame or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
  6. General Conditions: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Raymond Lanctôt Ltd, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be provided except at the discretion of Raymond Lanctôt Ltd.
  7. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Raymond Lanctôt Ltd the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.
  8. Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to the privacy policy of Raymond Lanctôt Ltd. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the privacy policy.
  9. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  10. Winner List: To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Raymond Lanctôt Ltd, Attn: Slugger SlowPitch Gift Card Sweepstakes Winner, 5290 Thimens Blvd, St-Laurent, Québec, Canada.
  11. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Raymond Lanctôt Ltd, 5290 Thimens Blvd, St-Laurent, Québec, Canada.
  12. Disclaimer: This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform or third party.
  13. Social Media Disclaimer: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other third-party platform (collectively, "Social Media Platforms"). Participants understand and acknowledge that they are providing their information to Raymond Lanctôt Ltd and not to any Social Media Platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Raymond Lanctôt Ltd and not to any Social Media Platform.
  14. Release of Social Media Platforms: Participants release all Social Media Platforms from any and all liability related to this Sweepstakes. Participants acknowledge that Social Media Platforms are not responsible for the conduct, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and participants agree to hold Social Media Platforms harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes.
