How To Return New Product


Changed your mind or there is an issue with your products? No problem! You may return any (non-sale) item within 7 days of delivery.
You can return any item if:
  • The item was purchased online through sluggerslowpitch.com.
  • The item was delivered in the last 7 days.
  • The item is new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and has all its original tags, labels and packaging.
  • All bats must be returned with original plastic wrapping.
  • Returned clothing must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches and stains.
  • Julbo Sunglasses must have all original parts (frame, accessories, tags) unused, untampered with and free of scratches. Otherwise, you will be charged for the missing item to return the product to its original condition.
Important Notice:
  • Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged. All Custom products are considered final sale.
  • Discounted (final sale) items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping charges incurred on the initial transaction are non-refundable.

Yes? Your transaction is then protected against shipment damage, loss, and theft. If your shipment encountered an issue, go to our Shield Center to submit a report for a hassle-free resolution.

How To Return Your Items

We must first evaluate your request and see if it meets the above criteria. If it does, we will send you an email including your authorization and return RMA number.
  1. Click here to fill out the return form and get your authorization.
  2. Receive our answer with your RMA number.
  3. Pack the items you’re returning in a box or envelope of the appropriate size. Items must be in new condition, with their original labels and returned in their original packaging.
  4. Make sure that the RMA number we sent you is clearly written on the box accompanying the returned items.
  5. Please print the return authorization and put it in the box that accompanies your return.
  6. Please return your package to the address provided to you in our RMA approval communication.
  7. Please send us the tracking number for the return to info@sluggerslowpitch.com.
  8. Track your return using your tracking number to make sure we get it. Your refund will be processed within 15-20 business days. You will receive an email confirming the refund of your order.
Once the item is processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming the refund of your order.

Warranty Claims for Defective Product

Warranty Claim Procedures

For all products purchased from an authorized dealer, please initiate your return process with your dealer.

For all online purchases made on sluggerslowpitch.com, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Click here to fill out the warranty/return form and get your authorization.
  2. Receive our answer with your RMA number, please allow 7 days response time.
  3. We will provide instructions if the product needs to be returned.
  4. Make sure the proof of purchase is in your name, if not we will need an email transferring warranty to you.
  5. Make sure you have a picture of the serial number (silver sticker), we can’t warranty the bat without it.

Louisville Slugger Slow Pitch offers:
  • a 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS on composite bats and will provide a one-time replacement of your non-wood bat within 1 year from the date of purchase.
To qualify for warranty service, you must be the original purchaser of the bat and provide proof of purchase from an authorized Louisville Slugger dealer or your order number from our website.
  • a 30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS on gloves, clothes and bags.

Once your warranty has been accepted we will send a replacement product that is the same as or similar to the product originally submitted for on your warranty claim. Please send us clear pictures of the defect or issue.


Warranty Does Not Cover Products:

  • Bats subjected to misuse, abuse, or failure to observe care instructions (including, use in commercial batting cages).
  • Damage other than the 3 conditions listed above (i.e., normal wear and tear / cosmetic damage).
  • Bats subjected to unauthorized modification or alteration, including rolling, shaving or other means of “doctoring”.
  • Bats purchased from unauthorized dealers (including, bats purchased through auction sites such as eBay or Craigslist, Facebook, unauthorized dealers selling via third party marketplaces such as Amazon Marketplace, or dealers selling altered or doctored bats).
  • Bats with removed or defaced holograms or date codes.

Julbo Sunglasses Warranty Details

All Julbo products, sold on the Sluggerslowpitch.com website, are guaranteed for two years, from their date of purchase, the invoice being proof. This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects.
  • Lenses are not guaranteed against scratches due to misuse or lack of vigilance.
  • Products that have been damaged or misused cannot, under any circumstances, be covered by the Julbo warranty program. In addition, any modification (fitting lenses of another brand, etc.) to the original Julbo frames will void the warranty.

Please note we may request for you to send back your glasses at the purchasers cost to evaluate the product prior to accepting and approving a warranty.
